Hi listeners, for this episode of the Warships Podcast we have special guest Captain Rye. Fellow Wargaming Community Contributor for World of Warships who promotes his content via Youtube and Twitch. Capt_Rye recently joined the WoWS CC team but has been producing quality content for some time now. The podcast crew interviews Rye on various aspects of what draws him to the game, favorite activities with Warships, and how he got his start into making content.

Sailing into our show topics for this episode, the cast and crew begin with the new IJN alternative line destroyers. HIJMS Kitakaze and HIJMS Harugamo which are similarly to HIJMS Akizuki in style and game play. The team give their run down on how they feel these ships are shaping up and gives a work in progress impressions for how they are preforming so far. While on the topic of new testing ships. The podcast discusses ARA Neueve de Julio, the first Argentine and Pan American ship to be tested or brought into the game. Neueve de Julio was the artist formerly known as USS Boise and the team talks about the changes in testing iterations from the last implementation of this ship.
Rounding out our show topics, the podcast team covers the new operation called “Cherry Blossom”. A first for World of Warships being that this is the first time we are engaging in a night combat action. Last but not least the show covers the HMS Cossack which is so far as of testing. A Tier 8 version of HMCS Haida but with traded out equipment and weaponry.
